I have been bringing my son here since he was 2 and every single visit is a wonderful experience. Dr. Reynolds and his staff are specialists not only in pediatric dentistry, but are also experts in making the children feel comfortable. From the moment you walk in the door, there is an immediate sense of “children first”. I highly recommend Dr. Reynolds for all children ages 2-18. Parents, if you want the very BEST care for your children’s teeth, this is the place to be!
Tonight I was in a really tuff spot. I had a 6 year old who has some baby teeth that weren’t ready to come out even though his big boy teeth thought otherwise… Needless to say Dr. Reynolds decided on Monday they need to come out cause they were causing him pain. Today we battled his discomfort at school and then by the time we got home and had dinner it was clear it was beyond what I could control for my little guy so i figured I would call and talk to his assistant for some advise… Not only did I get him directly instead of an assistant, he dropped what he was doing to meet me at the office and figure out what we could do to help my son feel better at 7:30pm… If anyone is in the market for a pediatric dentist this momma HIGHLY recommends Dr. Reynolds. Never did I imagine him to go so far beyond and above as he did to help us make it through till his appt…
Today I was at a loss. My son my hurting so bad with a toothache. He wa up all night. I started calling dentist at 8am. Call all the way into Dayton Ohio, to all the way into Indy. Got turn dwn by everyone that I call. Because of my income and having no insurance on him. Nobody would work with me our anything. They kept on pushing me to the next guy. I was almost at my end of my rope, I seen his phone number on the Internet, call explain what was going on. They talk to someone and told me 3pm today. Went in they treated us like anyone else. Took there time with him. Explain everything to us, and said that they would be treating him. And when it came time to pay, “NO CHARGE “! I broke down in tears hug everyone I could and thank everyone insight. I live on what they consider under the living limited. What I make a mth, most people waste. I can’t tell you how much it means to see a Medical Doctor who is willing to help. And not about the money. I’m still can’t believe what happened to me today. Be treated like a second hand person for so long, at least my son don’t have to know that feeling in his office. Thank you for everything.
